Network Operations COnsulting

It starts with a deep understanding of the network operations process and then analyzes the measurement of activities and corresponding results to determine the cause and effect patterns.

The process review shall address everything the network operations touches, from handling of customer care calls, alarm monitoring and surveillance to trouble shooting and fault repair at the field. Each of these processes shall consist of activities and each activity must produce a result centered in the impact it causes on end-user experience.

The process is then mapped to our adaptation of the Business Process Framework (ETOM), Information Framework (SID) and Application Framework (TAM) all published from TMForum from which ABPI60 LLC is an active member. .

SENSOR BROADCASTING

Monitoring– Centralized NOC monitoring and analyzing unique metrics across the Broadcast market using tools to predict failures and performance issues on real times, from different players in their own and shared infrastructures. It will ensure proper monitoring and availability for Teleport, Headend, Technical Centers, ERBs, Links, Security and Access equipment.

Transmission Infrastructure – A HUB to provide transmission infrastructure for locations requiring reinforcement in using Single Frequency Network.

Diagnostics – Detailed analysis of signal performance, in partnership with Broadcasters, to provide customized reports with recommendations to improve  coverage and processes.

Service Outsourcing / Maintenance - Maintenance of passive infrastructure equipment (HVAC, Generators, Security cameras, access control, Electricity, Antennas, MW Radios, Transmitters and Power supply.
