Network Operations Consulting

It starts with a deep understanding of the network operations process and then analyzes the measurement of activities and corresponding results to determine the cause and effect patterns.

The process review shall address everything the network operations touches, from handling of customer care calls, alarm monitoring and surveillance to trouble shooting and fault repair at the field.
